Paused Traditions Steam-Style Lager

Brewed in the style of the Steam Beers of the California Coast with American 2 Row, Munich, and Cara malt. Medium in body with layered caramel, fermented at a relatively high temperature with lager yeast, giving a unique fruity profile, then aged for weeks at freezing temperatures to round out a clean finish. Cheers to a tradition that never seems to die. 5.2%

Jade Harbor West Coast IPA

Balanced and bracing, this West Coast IPA is brewed with toasted flaked rice for a clean malt body, hopped with Pacific Jade and Chinook in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with even more Pacific Jade, Simcoe, and Columbus Cryo. 7.0%

Festy Oktoberfest Lager

Rooted in the German Oktoberfest tradition, the use of dark and light Munich malts lends some color and heft of malt character but remains light and drinkable. Fermented cold and slow, then aged for weeks on end at freezing temperatures in our horizontal lagering tanks. Brewed to be enjoyed in abundance, through the change of seasons. 5.4%

Bone Church Czech Dark Lager

Agida Italian Pils

Brewed with Italian Eraclea malt, an aromatic grain that provides the perfect canvas for a tasteful kettle and dry hop addition of French Aramis and its aromas of sweet honeysuckle and delicate spice. Fermented cold and slow with our house lager yeast. 5.2%

Dripstone Pale Czech Lager

Brewed in the style of the pale lagers from the Czech Republic. Pouring a thick, white foam, and light in appearance, expect a pleasant balance of semi sweet Bohemian malt and complementary spicy/floral Saaz hop character, then fermented cold and slow with our Philadelphia yeast strain. 4.7%

Bilbous New Zealand Bitter

What is a New Zealand Bitter? A traditional English Bitter ale, made with nutty marris otter and drum roasted crystalized caramel malts, that is then hopped generously with New Zealand grown Cascade hops. NZ Cascade differs from its American relatives with its fruit forward bouquet of berry and, although very much present, a more subdued grassy/herbal note. 5.0%

Hammerbier Helles Lager

Pronounced and full flavored lager brewed with German two row summer barley. Medium bodied, bright and pale in appearance, with a soft noble aroma from Czech Saaz hops. 4.8%

Everyday Lager

Buried Motives Stout

The American stout beer style blends generous amounts of dark malts with American hops. Strong aromas and flavors of mocha, toffee, and roasted chicory meld into a full bodied, luscious, and coating experience that finishes with a zestfully hop finish. 7.5%

Tettnang Pils

Mashed singularly with the finest German Pilsner malt, hopped singularly with Tettnang hops, this lager explores a lively aroma of light citrus and dried flowers which is followed by a clean malt profile, light bitterness, and mineral rich finish. 4.6%

Special Enough Cream Ale

A classic American style that is straw golden in color, has a hefty percentage of flaked maize making the body snappy and refreshing, with just the slightest kiss of American grown cascade in the boil to dress the aroma with a bit of sophistication. 3.6%

Crippled Affection Pale Ale

Reimagined pale ale that features a crisp and delicate malt profile with a balancing bitterness from American grown cascade and citra hops. Pine, citrus, meyer lemon, and the perfect amount of punchy hop resin. 5.0%
