Bilbous NZ Bitter & Talib's Best Brown Ale will be on tap at @sacredviceberks, but there's only one keg of each. Grab some this weekend before they're gone. Nelson's Melodies - West Coast IPA An ode to a Sa Nelson's Melodies - West Coast IPA An ode to a San Diego classic, this unfiltered West Coast IPA starts off with aromas of earthy navel orange, plump white grape, and cool kiwi. It's somehow sharp yet soft, all at once, with moderate bitterness and a peppery finish from the thoughtful addition of malted rye. Dripstone is back - @sacredviceberks Brewed in t Dripstone is back - @sacredviceberks Brewed in the pale lager style of the Czech Republic and named after the Baroque grotto famously found in Prague's palace grounds, this lager is a house favorite. It starts with the careful choice of malt. We use floor malted barley, as tradition demands, creating a rich profile without sacrificing color. The mash is then triple decocted before being hopped fairly heavily for the style. Many recipes call for hop additions strictly by weight, but we measure by oil content before fermented cold & slow with our Philadelphia yeast. The result is a perfect balance of sweet Bohemian malt and spicy Saaz hops, and a thick, white foam finish. It's always pouring on @lukr.cz.
