Paused Traditions Steam-Style Lager (5.2%) Steam Paused Traditions Steam-Style Lager (5.2%) Steam Beer, also known as California Common, is a beer that arrived in California in the late 19th century when brewers discovered a lager yeast that had the ability to cleanly ferment wort at a relatively high temperature. Older examples of the style contained any malt available, but it wasn't until the late 20th century that the style was revived & simplified by the late, great @anchorbrewing. Paused Traditions is brewed in the style of the Steam Beers of the California coast with a base of American 2 Row, Munich and Cara malt. It's medium bodied with layered caramel, fermented at a relatively high temp with lager yeast, then aged for weeks at freezing temperatures to round out those fruity esters. Cheers to a tradition that never seems to die. Available starting tomorrow, Friday (10/2) @sacredviceberks 🍻. . . . #pausedtraditions #steamstylelager #sacredvicebrewing #drinklocal #phillycraftbeer

Jade Harbor West Coast IPA Brewed with toasted ri Jade Harbor West Coast IPA Brewed with toasted rice flakes for a clean malt body, hopped with Pacific Jade and Chinook in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with even more Pacific Jade, Simcoe and Columbus Cryo. Pacific Jade is the featured hop. Grown in New Zealand, it expresses notes of black pepper and citrus, which we paired with the piney, raspberry notes of Chinook. When used as a dry hop, we get more tropical fruit undertones -- a pretty perfect pairing with peachy Simcoe & dank Columbus Cryo. Jade Harbor was Ruby's go-to late night spot after a long Chinatown bus ride home. RIP 11th & Arch bus station. They didnt have any WC IPAs, so we drank "Mai Tais". Bone Church is back ☠️ Our Czech Dark Lager boast Bone Church is back ☠️ Our Czech Dark Lager boasts notes of chocolate cake, deep raisin, and hearty black bread while still remaining dry & drinkable, without the heaviness of a typical dark beer. It's the perfect beer for when you're stuck in the middle of the seasons -- truly the best of both worlds. Now pouring -- @sacredviceberks Swing by Saturday for Kate & Chris playing the hits or Sunday for our Labor Day Partay 🍻. . . . #bonechurch #czechdarklager #sacredvucebrewing #labordayweekend #almostspookyseason
FESTY OKTOBERFEST 🌾 Rooted in the German Oktoberf FESTY OKTOBERFEST 🌾 Rooted in the German Oktoberfest tradition, the use of dark & light Munich malts lends both color and heft of malt character, while still remaining light & deceptively drinkable. Festy is fermented cold & slow for weeks on end at freezing temperatures in our horizontal lagering tanks. Brewed to be enjoyed in abundance, through the change of the seasons (5.4%). This Friday (8/28) -- it's back @sacredviceberks Happy hour 4-6pm. Eagles vs Bengals at 8pm. Prom Acid | Music Tomb | Josh & Keith | 8-11pm
