NEW! Mr. Pan’s West Coast IPA
Balanced and bracing, this West Coast IPA is brewed with toasted flaked rice for a clean malt body, hopped with Cascade and Centennial in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with Simcoe and Strata. Cascade and Centennial are added to the boil to get the classic American piney flavor, with a bit of lemon and earth, then is dry hop with Simcoe and Strata to attribute dank and fruity flavors of orange rind, pineapple, and pinesap. 6.9%
Dripstone Czech Pale Lager
Brewed in the style of the pale lagers from the Czech Republic. Pouring a thick, white foam, and light in appearance, expect a pleasant balance of semi sweet Bohemian malt and complimenting spicy/floral Saaz hop character, then fermented cold and slow with our Philadelphia yeast strain. 4.7%
Olde Entish Pale Mild
Brewed in collaboration with Crime & Punishment and Ben Potts. Brewed with a base of the classic English Golden Promise malt for full flavor and mouthfeel, despite its low alcohol content. Warming honey and toffee flavors that meld into an exceptionally hoppy finish from a heavy-handed addition of English Fuggle hops. 3.8%
Slow Start West Coast Pils
Brewed like a Pilsner, hopped like an IPA, Slow Start began with the finest German Pilsner malt for a delicate and clean malt profile. It was then hopped in the kettle with Idaho grown Elani hops for a mild and flowery tropical hop flavor, fermented cold and slow with our Philadelphia yeast strain, and dry hopped thoughtfully with Simcoe and Amarillo, adding just enough strawberry and dusty hop goodness to uplift the aroma and grab your attention. 5.5%
Simple Request IPA
This hazy starts with a soft and pillowy foundation of malted oats and flaked wheat, hopped in the kettle with Citra, then dry hopped with more Citra and Nectaron at a rate of 4 pounds per barrel. Intense notes of pineapple, nectarine, and navel orange. 6.5%
Bone Church Czech Dark Lager
Brewed in the style of the dark lagers from the Czech Republic and pouring a thick, dark tan foam, Bone Church possesses a black appearance and boasts with notes of chocolate cake, deep raisin, and hearty black bread. The beer remains dry and drinkable without the heaviness of a typical dark beer. 5.6%
Nelson’s Melodies IPA
An ode to a San Diego County classic, this unfiltered West Coast IPA starts out with aromas of earthy navel orange, then features a plump white grape character, cool kiwi, and moderate bitterness, then has a peppery finish from a thoughtful addition of malted rye. 7.0%
Rhythmic Dread Vienna Lager
Our take on the amber lagers of Austria, which feature a pronounced caramel malt character from the variety of kiln dried malts. Utilizing a modified triple decoction process, where a large portion of the mash is pulled and boiled, then added back over multiple additions, creating rich and complex malt profile, that remains soft and elegant. Hopped thoughtfully with Saaz and fermented with a classic Philadelphia yeast strain. 4.8%
Tettnang Pils
Mashed singularly with the finest German Pilsner malt, hopped singularly with Tettnang hops, and fermented with a classic Philadelphia yeast strain, this lager explores a lively aroma of light citrus and dried flowers which is followed by a clean malt profile, light bitterness, and mineral rich finish. 4.6%
Buried Motives Stout
The American stout beer style blends generous amounts of dark malts with American hops. Strong aromas and flavors of mocha, toffee, and roasted chicory meld into a full bodied, luscious, and coating experience that finishes with a zestfully hop finish. 7.5%
Special Enough Cream Ale
A classic American style that is straw golden in color, has a hefty percentage of flaked maize making the body snappy and refreshing, with just the slightest kiss of American grown cascade in the boil to dress the aroma with a bit of sophistication. 3.6%
Crippled Affection Pale Ale
Reimagined pale ale that features a crisp and delicate malt profile with a balancing bitterness from American grown cascade and citra hops. Pine, citrus, meyer lemon, and the perfect amount of punchy hop resin. 5.0%
Rubbish IPA
With the Rubbish recipe, we took the hazy IPA down to its simplest parts: pils malt, flaked wheat and oats, single hopped with Citra. Candied orange flavors and a zippy finish make it immensely crushable. 6.0%
