Nelson’s Melodies IPA

An ode to a San Diego County classic, this unfiltered West Coast IPA starts out with aromas of earthy navel orange, then features a plump white grape character, cool kiwi, and moderate bitterness, then has a peppery finish from a thoughtful addition of malted rye. 7.0%

Dripstone Czech Pale Lager

Brewed in the style of the pale lagers from the Czech Republic. Pouring a thick, white foam, and light in appearance, expect a pleasant balance of semi sweet Bohemian malt and complementing spicy/floral Saaz hop character, then fermented cold and slow with our Philadelphia yeast strain. 4.7%

Violetta Rustic Lager

Brewed simply and with intention to showcase malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shilo, NJ, this beer started with a mash of Violetta Pilsner, flaked rye, and CaraHell malt. It was brewed using a complex decoction process, producing a bold malt character while remaining delicate and drinkable, then hopped generously with Hallertau Hersbrucker for an old-world noble hop character. Collaboration with Tonewood Brewing. 5.4%

Oppositic Grisette

A French style farmhouse ale brewed with wheat and spelt malt, hopped with French Barbe Rouge, and fermented warm with our farmhouse yeast blend. This first iteration also features Huell Melon hops that were aged 5 years, giving the beer notes of sumac spice and bales of straw. 4.5%

Tettnang Pils

Mashed singularly with the finest German Pilsner malt, hopped singularly with Tettnang hops, and fermented with a classic Philadelphia yeast strain, this lager explores a lively aroma of light citrus and dried flowers which is followed by a clean malt profile, light bitterness, and mineral rich finish. 4.6%

Special Enough Cream Ale

A classic American style that is straw golden in color, has a hefty percentage of flaked maize making the body snappy and refreshing, with just the slightest kiss of American grown cascade in the boil to dress the aroma with a bit of sophistication. 3.6%

Crippled Affection Pale Ale

Reimagined pale ale that features a crisp and delicate malt profile with a balancing bitterness from American grown cascade and citra hops. Pine, citrus, meyer lemon, and the perfect amount of punchy hop resin. 5.0%
