Brewed in collaboration with Crime & Punishment and Ben Potts. Brewed with a base of the classic English Golden Promise malt for full flavor and mouthfeel, despite its low alcohol content. Warming honey and toffee flavors that meld into an exceptionally hoppy finish from a heavy-handed addition of English Fuggle hops. 3.8%

Simple Request IPA
This hazy starts with a soft and pillowy foundation of malted oats and flaked wheat, hopped in the kettle with Citra, then dry hopped with more Citra and Nectaron at a rate of 4 pounds per barrel. Intense notes of pineapple, nectarine, and navel orange. 6.5%
Bone Church Czech Dark Lager
Brewed in the style of the dark lagers from the Czech Republic and pouring a thick, dark tan foam, Bone Church possesses a black appearance and boasts with notes of chocolate cake, deep raisin, and hearty black bread. The beer remains dry and drinkable without the heaviness of a typical dark beer. 5.6%
¡En La Mía! Lager
Brewed in collaboration with the Norris Square Neighborhood Project, this Winter Lager embodies a true fusion of flavors and styles, inspired by beers across Europe and the US. Brewed solely with Vienna malt using a modified triple decoction process, creating a warm and pronounced malt character, then fermented with our Philadelphia lager yeast strain at warm temperatures to achieve a uniquely dry and peppery finish. 6.3%
Nelson’s Melodies IPA
An ode to a San Diego County classic, this unfiltered West Coast IPA starts out with aromas of earthy navel orange, then features a plump white grape character, cool kiwi, and moderate bitterness, then has a peppery finish from a thoughtful addition of malted rye. 7.0%
Rhythmic Dread Vienna Lager
Our take on the amber lagers of Austria, which feature a pronounced caramel malt character from the variety of kiln dried malts. Utilizing a modified triple decoction process, where a large portion of the mash is pulled and boiled, then added back over multiple additions, creating rich and complex malt profile, that remains soft and elegant. Hopped thoughtfully with Saaz and fermented with a classic Philadelphia yeast strain. 4.8%
Tettnang Pils
Mashed singularly with the finest German Pilsner malt, hopped singularly with Tettnang hops, and fermented with a classic Philadelphia yeast strain, this lager explores a lively aroma of light citrus and dried flowers which is followed by a clean malt profile, light bitterness, and mineral rich finish. 4.6%
Buried Motives Stout
The American stout beer style blends generous amounts of dark malts with American hops. Strong aromas and flavors of mocha, toffee, and roasted chicory meld into a full bodied, luscious, and coating experience that finishes with a zestfully hop finish. 7.5%
Bilbous Bitter
Traditional British Bitter Ale, made with nutty marris otter and drum roasted crystalized caramel malts, that is then hopped generously with New Zealand grown Cascade hops. 5.0%
Special Enough Cream Ale
A classic American style that is straw golden in color, has a hefty percentage of flaked maize making the body snappy and refreshing, with just the slightest kiss of American grown cascade in the boil to dress the aroma with a bit of sophistication. 3.6%
Crippled Affection Pale Ale
Reimagined pale ale that features a crisp and delicate malt profile with a balancing bitterness from American grown cascade and citra hops. Pine, citrus, meyer lemon, and the perfect amount of punchy hop resin. 5.0%
Softy Saison
Softy was the first farmhouse beer that head brewer Andrew “Ruby” Rubenstein made as a brewer for Sacred Vice. It is light and delicate, can pair with anything, and is appropriate for any season. The beer is super dry, has a nice pepper berry flavor, and ends with a gliding hoppiness. 4.5%
Rubbish IPA
With the Rubbish recipe, we took the hazy IPA down to its simplest parts: pils malt, flaked wheat and oats, single hopped with Citra. Candied orange flavors and a zippy finish make it immensely crushable. 6.0%
